From what I can remember of a sublime dessert at La Costa (8131 Calle Seventh Galeana, Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico)
1 shot Kahlua
1 shot Creme de Cacao
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
sprinkle of cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream cannot be non-fat or low-fat, but should be high quality (Haagen Daaz). Mix together the Kahlua, Creme de Cacao, and the ice cream until the ice cream has melted. Whip the ice cream mixture until it has the consistency of Zabaglione. Portion into two glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
