The next morning started nice and early, being picked up at our hotel, and heading off to spend the day at Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School. A little more expensive than the other options, but it’s the original (and definitely the better choice). We started off at the local market shopping for ingredients (and grabbing a Thai iced coffee along the way) then onwards to cooking! The day’s cooking included: fried noodles with sweet soy sauce, steamed fish in banana leaf, yellow chicken curry, cashew chicken, spicy prawn salad, and bananas in coconut milk for dessert.
