The problem with the Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho is the impossibility of capturing any sense of scale. The image is HUGE (one of the largest Buddha images in the world), but it’s hemmed in by decorated columns running its entire length, and with just enough aisle space to keep the unending stream of tourists parading around it (counterclockwise no less).
